Main problem for every business is the increase in competition which makes it imperative that you stand out from your competitors. With all the changes in the economy that will affect the business for example Brexit. What are your plans for 2017 have you made provisions for how important service is going to be for your customers. This applies to all businesses. Remembering that nothing is set in stone and there is changes in patterns of behaviour and reaction to new techology. 

You have to find the time to make sure that your customer’s have the service from your business that you are proud and passionate about

With all this what is the secret to keep your business growing from strength to strength? In the short term you could let dissatisfied customers and your service take second place. However as any Business that has good rankings on service will reflect that your competitors will be only too happy to look after the customer’s you can’t look after.

Every aspect of your business needs to be customer centric.

  1. Your passion for your business needs to follow through in all interactions.
  2. How are you interacting with your customer’s and their perception of you whether it is online, offline, on the telephone or in person?
  3. How close are you in knowing your customers?
  4.  Who is ensuring that this is taking place favourably for your business?

This does not mean that you need to spend vast amount of your turnover and time to advertising and catching up on social media. You can achieve this with minimal cost but maximum output.
